CUSTOMER REVIEW "I Had a great experience buying a new car at Carter Honda. Nick Ng helped me and cannot recommend him enough. He was extremely helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Having a toddler and newborn at home, it’s not easy to find time to come into the dealership. He was able to answer a lot of my questions over the phone and even came in late one night after his shift was already over to meet me at the dealership.
Thankfully the dealership is open late so I was able to come in after I put my kids to bed. He went above and beyond my expectations and definitely one of the best car salesmen I’ve worked with.
The whole car-buying experience went very smoothly. When I went to pick up the car, Nick took his time to give me a very detailed tour of the car to explain all of the features and make sure I was fully set up.
