I received wonderful customer service when I arrived! Your service person on the desk (sorry I forgot his name) was outstanding and explained in detail what services my car was going to received, I found him very professional and friendly. It was the first service for my Honda Civic SI. I'm thrilled to know that I will be well taken care of on my next visit.

"Pleasantness of the staff"

I was very pleased with the pleasantness of the staff I met during my first interaction with your service department. Nor illness nor rain nor anything else seems to deter them from being polite, accommodating, and warm-spirited. "Tire Issue "

I hadn't changed a flat tire for thirty years or more and so, on Saturday afternoon, when I attempted to pull the flat tire off, I found that there was one nut that was different from the others and I couldn't figure out how to loosen it. I called the Service Department and the person I spoke to gave me very clear directions as to what to do.

 Yesterday, the service was really prompt and they even did a warranty service that they found, that had nothing to do with the flat, and all within about 30 minutes. I am very pleased with the result.

Stacy and James were very professional and customer service orientated. They really seem to genuinely care about the quality of service they provide and take pride in doing their jobs well. That's what I try to do in my career and hope my son also takes pride in whatever he does.They were helpful but not pushy and did what they could to provide the best service for the best price as well...I appreciated that!

Just wanted to thank you for the amazing service yesterday with our CRV and for taking care of the family while they were there .

There is a reason we are willing to drive from squamish to Vancouver just to get an oil change .

Bill we want to book out honda odyssey in for it's first tune up next monday and to switch the winter tires to summers once again thanks for the above and beyond service
